I would love to be delivering this message from the floor of the National Championship in Edmonton or surrounded by our international family at the WDBF World Championship. But as we all know, 2020 had other plans for us, and our sport – like many sports – has had to take a pause while the world tries to deal with a pandemic.
Nevertheless, we wanted to celebrate this occasion, so over the next week we will be looking back at our history and at some of our organizational milestones. While there is still a lot for us to do, and many ways for us to better serve the community, we wanted to take this opportunity to recognize some of our wins.
I hope you will join us throughout the week as we reflect on the past and celebrate the future. We will also have a giveaway (or two) to say thank you for being a part of our community and for helping to build the sport from coast to coast.
