We would like to thank Sport Canada for inviting us to participate in discussing the new National Sports Organizations (NSO) Sport Funding Framework. The purpose of the session was to share progress and seek feedback on the proposed streamlined Eligibility Requirements, and to discuss the Reference Level Funding Model. Dodgeball Canada was joined at the table by several developing NSOs, and it was an excellent opportunity to provide our input to the process while connecting with other organizations on mutual challenges and future expectations. We were honoured to represent the dodgeball community in this process, and we look forward to a new and streamlined process.
Nous tenons à remercier Sport Canada de nous avoir invités à participer à une discussion sur le nouveau Cadre de financement et de responsabilité en matière de sport des organismes nationaux de sport (ONS). L'objectif de la session était de partager les progrès, d'obtenir des commentaires sur les exigences d'admissibilité simplifiées proposées et de discuter du modèle de financement au niveau de référence. Dodgeball Canada a participé aux côtés de plusieurs ONS en développement, et ce fut une excellente occasion de fournir notre contribution au processus tout en établissant des liens avec d'autres organisations à travers défis mutuels et les attentes futures. Nous avons été honorés de représenter la communauté du dodgeball dans ce processus, et nous attendons avec impatience un nouveau processus simplifié.
