Zeal

Zeal

Team Biography:

For several years Manitoba was led by 3 major players; Monstars, YWG and Impact. In 2020, all 3 teams split up and reformed; creating Zeal & New Era while the remaining players filled out other rosters. Zeal has been playing together now for just over a year under the leadership of Jordan Ferris. Zeal originally comprised of; Jordan Ferris, Taylor Ellement, Denham Dubuc, Shane Willim, Sean Oko, Riel Willmott, Eldon Wu & Rex Gonzales. The team added Colton Bertrand and Josh Laberge at a later stage while losing Eldon Wu. After some injuries and life changes due to COVID leading up to nationals, Zeal has added Eldon Wu, Zac Clapa and Julio Amador from the Manitoba team “Retro” who were upset in placing at the Riel Cup in 2022.
