Head Coach, Mixed Foam

Team Canada is looking better than ever! With nearly a decade of experience playing, organizing, and coaching dodgeball, I’m excited to take a leading position with Dodgeball Canada’s gold-medal winning mixed program. Joining me as Assistant Coaches this season are Corey Oickle from Halifax, Nova Scotia and Guylaine San Filippo from Winnipeg, Manitoba. Both are former members of Team Canada’s National teams and strong leaders from their regional communities. I can’t speak highly enough of my fellow head coaches, Heather Ervin and Shadae Berkley, with whom I plan to work collaboratively. Together, we will host training camps across Canada for foam athletes to train together, united. You can expect my training program to focus on your personal development so that you can reach your highest athletic potential while fostering team cohesion with your fellow squad members. I am looking for coachable athletes who can commit to improving and growing, have a positive and resilient attitude, values the importance of teamwork, and displays integrity and leadership qualities on and off the court. I look forward to seeing athletes in Vancouver and Charlottetown, as well as receiving input from Heather and the scouting committee in Winnipeg as well as video footage from that combine event. Bring your best, and nothing less.

See you there!
