We recognize that barriers to services exist for members of diverse communities, particularly for equity-seeking groups, and we are committed to acting as a positive force in eliminating these barriers.

Members of Dodgeball Canada’s board of directors and staff are expected to operate according to high ethical standards. This includes recognizing that conflicts of interest exist, have the potential to inhibit the wisdom impartiality of particular decisions, and possibly damage the organization’s reputation. Individuals who act on behalf of an organization have a duty first to that organization and second to any personal stake they have in the operations of the Association.
Dodgeball Canada is committed to ensuring the ongoing and long-term financial health and stability of the organization by establishing a stable financial model and ensuring that it can successfully deliver on its mission, vision and values. The Organization will function as a Not-For-Profit organization and all fundraising, fees, sponsorship, and grants will be used for the ongoing development of the sport.
It is important that a member of the Dodgeball Canada Board attends specific events throughout the year to promote and advance the organization. Each pre-approved event will be determined by the Board when it submits its annual budget. Additional events outside of the budget will require Board approval.
